- August 18 - First day of school for students in Preschool, Kindergarten, and grades 1-5. (Does not apply to RPS 200 students)
- August 18 - First day of school for students in grades 6 and 9.
- August 19 - First day day of school for all other secondary students (grades 7-8, and 10-12)
